Our lawyers have been successfully representing clients in various disputes in state and arbitration courts for over 20 years. We are often recommended and hired exclusively as litigation counsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have extensive experience in assisting clients in insurance disputes and have ongoing experience representing both insurers and insured companies. Recent examples of our work include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Representing COFACE in a dispute over insurance compensation of EUR 1.5 million related to insurance contract violations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing legal advice to Kuehne + Nagel against IF Insurance regarding losses in a recourse claim under CMR insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NJORD is regularly engaged to resolve complex intellectual property disputes, and our team includes both lawyers and trademark\/design attorneys, which sets us apart from some of our colleagues.
